Miller kid ignores DD challenge! A simple call to ABFG, and he won t do it.

Heres the challenge:

Call Kelly Kellner at ABFG (you have the #) and ask him if Gerald Sklar was ever prohibited from acting as a
director or officer of a public company by the BC securities commission.

If he says yes, then ask him if it was for such things as issuing false and misleading press releases and false and
misleading disclosure about private placements.

If he says yes, ask him for how long Sklar was suspended.
