Ed A.,..Re:. factory loading.... This was a key factor in determining pricing for large projects when I worked at GE. Also, the spares content was important since a large job could be almost done at cost just to get the spares business where margins were embarrassingly high.<g> Like you stated earlier, some business practices aren't learned in books.<g> Regards, Lee
