As we wrap up the history of Avalon Group, may I take this opportunity to express my thank you to all of those associated with AVAL. Without the work they have done, often quietly and with little or no recognition, AHS would not have expressed an interest in the advantages of this little known Iowa company.

A great big public thank you to Bernard, Ron and everyone else at Avalon.

And, as well pass the torch of AVAL to Appropriate Health Services.com, it is also appropriate that we send our best wishes for all of those, including John Collins, who will be spearheading the course of AHS and Stayhealthy.com over the coming months.
