Here is our next SCORCHING STOCK.

Microphonics ( OTC BB: MRPS )

Initital buy : 1 13/16
Entry range: up to 2 $

Microphonics has developed revolutionary devices using ulrasound. This
company has little overhead, is ousourcing manufacturing and is inking new
contracts with major companies such as Ford and General Motors.
Stock has a small public float of approxiamately 4 million shares, much of
which is in very strong hands and only 10 million total shares outstanding.
Current revenues suggest the company will have no problem earning .75 -
1.00 per share for 1999.

Expecting launch of Company website shortly, and more contracts.

here.
It is our opinion that Microphonics is substantially undervalued at this
point and represents a unique opportunity to take a position in a Company
whose products have a vast array of applications and, provide significant
cost reduction to customers across many industrial sectors.
