17 APRIL 1998 release April 17th has since been corrected to 16th Global Thermoelectric Inc GLE Shares issued 12,441,448 1998-04-16 close $1.19 Friday Apr 17 1998 Mr Jim Perry reports Global Thermoelectric has closed its previously announced equity offering of 3,333,333 units at $0.90 for $3 million. The offering was oversubscribed and was closed at the maximum amount. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant. The exercise price for the warrant is $1.05 with expiration at the close of business April 17 1999. C.M. Oliver & Company acted as agent on behalf of Global for this offering.
