Then the stock tanks for two months." If the pattern is that consistent, this should be a great trading stock! I reckon it's a combo of what you surmise and sympathy movement with GEOC and Mosaix (sp? acquired by LU recently). Why do you think a couple of companies known chiefly for their networking hardware are buying CTI companies? It seems like Siebel or Clarify would find them a better strategic fit, since they seem to be in more closely related markets, but what do I know? At this rate, GCTI is going to be the only significant pure CTI play left. I bought in at 12 1/2 and wrote April 12 1/2s, so I will be called out of this stock this Friday. But I like the company, and will be watching for the pullback you think may happen. Meanwhile, I am going to check the chart and see if it really does what you say.
