IMPORTANT!!! EVERONE READ!!!
It is obvious that the some of the MM's are controlling and manipulating this stock adversly. MM's are a neccessary part of the equation and are there to make money as well. Who can begrudge them that. However there is a line that must be drawn between what is reasonable and what is detrimental to the company. MM's are a wharehouser of stock. Brokers call their orders in to them and they are filled. They make their money on the bid/ask spread. When you purchase shares, a record is made of who they belong to but you do not actually receive the shares. In this way the MM's can leverage their pool of shares much like banks can leverage their deposits on hand by lending out every dollar on deposit 7 to 10 times. The world is not static and they know this. This is why you see volumes traded that in one day that actually exceed the float. There is something we all can do to help correct this situation. As OTC stocks are not marginable they cannot be shorted. Any shorting out their is done by the MM's. The solution is quite simple but it will take as many of us investors as possible to make a difference. Quite simply when you purchase shares in AQCI, instruct your broker that you want actual delivery of the shares. If you have already purchased you may still do this. They have three days to deliver the shares. What is accomplished is that the available float is being reduced thus limiting the leverage that the MM's have. If buy orders come in and they don't have the actual stock to deliver they must go to the market to get them or risk disappointing the broker who will think twice about using that MM again. At this point the natural laws of supply and demand will dictate where the price of the stock is. EVERYONE PAY ATTENTION....we can make a difference by reducing their leverage. This stock with the news already available should be between 3 and 4 dollars. When Brazil comes on line....well you do the math!!! Doing this simple thing costs you nothing and if you do believe in the potential of this company, pick up the phone and call your broker right away and confirm what I am saying is correct and then request the delivery of the actual shares. To all of you that frequent other boards, please cut and paste this message so that all AQCI investors can do the same. And keep on posting it so that as new investors come in, they to will be informed as well. Long, real long on AQCI.
