I could be wrong but I believe the Liviakis agreements were terminated a while back - given the dates shown, I would assume one-year agreements terminating more than a year ago? Agree they don't have a great track record, have run into them before and tracked down other clients. But they sure get a lot of stock for their efforts.

I would assume that their primary IR/PR is now being handled through VDAT's agency, Middleberg. Go look at their client list and you might be a bit more impressed! middleberg.com
