Craig I use DLJ and rarely have any problems. I made 2 trades yesterday during the first 30 minutes of that nutso market with no problem at all. Sometimes on heavy market days they might have a minor traffic jamb but in never lasts more then a minute or so and they are also fairly quick with a broker via their 800 number.

Everything else about them in excellent.
