Well, if history were to repeat itself - which it usually doesn't, then we could look at last year. MSFT declined to 88 5/8 on April 13 98, and slipped to 88 7/16 on April 14, then started climbing on April 15, hitting 98 7/8 on April 22. Thereafter it sold off, and reached a low of 83 1/4 on May 7. It then was basically range bound until it finally overtook the high of April 22 on June 23, when it hit 100 3/4.

As we all remember, INTC was not in such hot shape back then. Today, they did better by 2 cents, but I don't like the sound of "flat or declining" they felt obliged to announce.
