Customtracks is way to late to get into the game at this point.

Unless the company is buying someone else's system or providing backoffice support to someone else's, it is physically impossible for CUST to design, develop, test, and ship an e-commerce system in 1 year that will not have major flaws and can stand up to systems which have had years if not a decade of work put into them. This company will fall flat when it has to unveil its work in the third quarter. Either it will be a hack job or have too narrow a focus to be commercially successful.
