looking for an entry here got a question: Uniphase has yet to turn profit... clearly a leader in optical muxing and more... Fitel dovetails nicely product lines... non-conglomerate nature clears path for many big customers... might be "Intel of Optics" in next decade... but puny $170M in sales... certainly acquiring Fitel sales on multiple of sales basis, priced at 29 x sales !!! is price discounting next $B in sales? expensive until price comes down or mega-sales become evident case in point: other nextgen leader Qualcom is rocketing, but selling at just over 3xsales thanks, jim willie
