seem like ok report to me assuming guidance is conservative.

regards

Intel Corp. (INTC) 60 1/2 -3/4: company says that Q2 revenues will "flat to slightly down" from Q1. This is the normal seasonal pattern for Intel -- sequential revenues in the last four years have been down an average of 2.8% in Q2. Using Intel's guidance for revenues, margins, etc, Q2 EPS should be roughly $0.54 by our tally, which is about a penny shy of current estimates. In short, Intel's Q2 guidance doesn't offer any big surprises
