i just got off the phone with a friend of mine at Goldman Sach. he told
me that the deal is on 100%, and that the deal will be announced by
monday morning. he also added that the stock will move once the
symbol is changed and not to worry. he said the stock is a great buy
between 1 and 1 3/8
