I did not know that ...

1) can you do an uninstall via the control panel
2) certainly a competitor (e.g., ATT) could write macro
to remove ... has to be same code for all pc's

but you are right ... most people have no idea of how their
computers work .. if clicking doesn't work .. then it can't
be done
