It take 4-6 weeks for delivery thru ETrade: "here is a charge for this service. We debit your ETRADE account $5.00 per certificate issued. If you use this form to request a certificate, the certificate will be issued in the name of the registered owner of the account and mailed to the address on file for the registered owner of the account. After you make your request, we will send it on to the transfer agent for each security. You can expect to receive your certificate(s) within four to six weeks of your request."
