Yes, e.Digital does most of what you describe. We are pleased to work with
them on Internet music delivery. We do not, however work on over-the-air
applications with them. The EPAC products are only for Internet download
and related applications (e.g. ICs for handheld devices). Expect to hear
more from Lucent-e.Digital in the future.

As they say in the radio biz, "stay tuned."

Dear Chris,
I've been following LUCENT 's PAC technology
and wondering where E-DIGITAL Corp. fits into
your plan. I have some LU shares and some 'EDIG' ( ticker symbol).

I think EDIG does the flash memory and OS
directories of the EPAC tech. of uploading and downloading
digitial music, via internet, or over the air waves using a special
receiver. Am I right ?

Please response, I very excited about this techonolgy.
