There is something innately evil in waging an air-only-war from 30,000 feet. Just pressing buttons and dropping bombs, civilians don't stand a chance. There is something in the "cleanliness" of the this whole thing that is so evil and really bothers me.

"What your missing" is that NATO is too chicken to put ground troops down until Yugoslavia is practically a crater. To make Yugoslavia a crater they need more planes.
