I found this on RB. ragingbull.com " Does anyone realize that when stock is registered with the SEC and it becomes freetrading (in essence no longer restricted) the SEC requires it to be listed as "Selling Shareholder" for the first time it is filed in the registration?" I posted concern that Oshinsky may might be shady on this issue of his 144 filing, and I wonder if all agree the above explanation fits the facts?
