Dan B. Tell me if this meets with your idea of constructive postings...
Repost from Raging Bull:
Tralas, Zekel, the Oshinsky issue tells us a lot, IMO, about the Company. DCHT has kept him employed, in spite, of the damage, I believe he has caused to its reputation. Now Tralas, first let's settle two things, you don't appear to fully comprehend:
+ When I tell you about a model portfolio of Internet related Asian stock, it's not to display my money, as you claim, but to show you that some other sectors are booming. The proceed of the sale of my shares in DCHT was invested in such stocks and now I have more than made up for the loses incurred in the DCHT investment.
+ You are not alone on this thread: newbies come lurking all the time and it's for their benefit that I continue on posting here and on SI. If my posts are repetitious, just skip them instead of answering them.
Here is, IMHO, a list of "must do now" by DCHT to regain credibility (in my eyes, at least) and save me a lot of future postings.
+ Get rid of money consuming, credibility shattering, pumping devices, such as Dr Harvey/Sir Alexx and the Analyst Group, even though they have already been paid. They obviously don't work!
+ Table the overdue set of financials and become reporting. It's going to be horrible to look at, but not as bad as the current uncertainty.
+ Full disclosure of all significant shareholders and the total shares outstanding.
+ Show proof that, based on the first Quarter 99 and on existing orders for the rest of the year, the sensor business is viable and will generate significant profits.
+ If all of the above is achieved, it should be possible to show proof that a source of financing is available to carry out the operations for at least one year.
+ When cash flow allows, spend some of it on the fuel cells ideas, although they are unlikely to show any profit for many years to come.
Conclusion: If all of the above is accomplished with integrity, then credibility should start to return, the share price will take care of itself and I no longer will be concerned about the newbies.
Good luck.
