I have also started to ponder about the merits of holding as the earnings date approaches, particularly since I got in as a pure takeover play. We all know what will happen if fore manages to merely hit revised estimates. The bigger question IMO is -when- the earnings run, in whatever direction, will start. I'm just beginning to think along these lines and would welcome opinions.
