Colin did disclose the information on the Form 10. We believe, as Pistol Pete already laid out for you, that the information seems to be, on the surface, incorrect. We have talked about this ad nauseum in the private board, where many of us share research (you know, conversations with Colin and company, IR, suppliers, manufacturers, credit agencies, analyst, board members, brokers, etc.)
The TA won't disclose based on attorney orders. If you were in the private chat area, you would have discovered the more precise reasons why. Price is at $2.90. Apparently the EXTREMELY OLD NEWS on the TA doesn't matter. You should understand the nature of the TA news a little better. You know, do some homework on your own. Glad to read something you bring to the table here. Like to see what a person of your apparent sharpness could bring to light for our further understanding of this company.

You could have taken your quest for knowledge offline by sending me a friendly follow-up "surprised to hear" response directly and not cluttering up the board with your suppositions of facts.
