As I said privately, if you really DO have a lawyer on retainer, let him deal with it. My guess is that they count on being able to intimidate you as a private person.

Also: why SHOULDN'T it have the "look and feel" of a BizWire release? You PAID for a BizWire release, after all. And they have a prominent disclaimer in which they reject all responsibility for the content of releases published by them. So what's their PROBLEM??

And I'd love to see them argue the "Bidness Wire" copyright thing in court. With straight faces all round, uh-huh. Do they want to make utter and permanent fools of themselves, and not just April ones?
