With $40 COMS shares its not such a ripoff. If this deal would have proceeded with one $80 COMS share for a USRX share it would be something else. But probablay US Robotics would not have accepted those hypothetic conditions.
I do not yet know if I like the new combination. I just lost the fantastic low risk investment that the fast growing and seriously undervalued USRX shares provided :-(.
