Dave..both the Sony phone and LG Semicon are in essence Q phones, with QCOM asics inside. The electronics should be the same as a QCOM phone I would presume. Why not take what they have and exchange when QCOM "Thinphone" or other new models hit the shelves in a couple of months?

For some reason there are many more 1900mhz phones on the shelves. I dropped by Sprint the other day and they had a Startac, QCP2700, Sony Zuma(?), "that old Nokia", and my favorite was this Denso "touchpoint" phone. Very light and nice big screen with some sort of mouse. All were Digital by QCOM. Startac apparently had longest battery time, QCOM next.
