It's called competition. Why would he tell everyone now what he is up to? So everyone else can build a better mouse trap? I don't think so. Why are institutions buying up every thing in sight for the last 2 months? The larger trades or prints today were at or above the offer. Meaning smart money is net buying. The writing is on the wall. Read it.
