Hello Peter. Groceries before stocks is sound investment advice indeed! Today's action is sad but instructive. Sad because it is likely that the sellers were overleveraged and/or frightened 'little guys/gals" (some of whom may have been with and believed in SUF through thick and thin). Instructive because it underscores the illiquidity of this stock ; Confluence has alluded to the need for invigorated sponsorship of this co. (Kennecott - where are you?) - other thoughts/suggestions would be welcome. This issue is a longer term problem that , IMHO , a "band aid" measure such as a issuer bid will not fix. We've all seen the stock jump appreciably on news - remember the overburden ? - and thought all was right with the world. These times are growing pains (yes, pretty painful) and the co.is hopefully learning. But stand back , ignore the trees and appreciate the forest as I firmly believe the market soon will. regards (call me diehard) gemsearcher
