USRX should rise on news, maybe COMS too.
The deal seems to strongly favor USRX, which is getting 1.75
shares of COMS stock per share of USRX, when COMS just reached
its lowest price in months. Just a few weeks ago, COMS was selling
for more then USRX. However, now the value of both stocks are linked
since its a stock deal instead of a cash deal. So, as USRX climbs,
COMS should be dragged along for the ride.

I'm not sure how USRX options will be affected by the deal. After the ex-date will each USRX option contract be worth 175 shares of COMS at the same strike? I don't know exactly how it will work.
