Your problem Alan is that you are taking this all too seriously. If you are really getting physically ill from trading, stop it. Health and happiness are more important than money in any case, but if you get that stressed from trading, you won't trade well anyway.

My position in AXC is huge, at least for me. My profits the last two days were higher than any prior trading days in my history. Big deal. It is only paper. I have no regrets that I didn't sell at 7 1/2. If it goes back to my basis about 3 I still won't feel bad, because I wasn't planning on spending it anyway.

Don't get me wrong, I want it to continue higher, and expect it to continue higher. But if it doesn't, I won't be too worried about it, and I certainly won't second guess my decisions. Second guessing yourself is destructive and serves no purpose. Learn from the past, but focus on the future.

And if AXC does go higher, my charitable giving will be much higher this year. <G>
