Wow, I never thought DOW 10,400 and oil $16 could coexist. The American economy looks unstoppable. Clinton seems to be about to break it to Mr. Taxpayer that an increase will be needed to pay for the war. Someone will have to rebuild the bridges. But it's no denying it, Mr. Clinton will leave the U.S. her strongest ever.
