Ed I don't want to seem like I really know because I am just trying to piece this together like most of us but the NR also states that wireless communications are a part of what SMM is involved in.

>>Develcon is a global provider of enterprise network solutions and LAN/WAN connectivity. Vianet Technologies specializes in the development and delivery of products that address enterprise needs for the convergence of voice, video and data technologies. Simmonds Capital Limited is a diversified management company involved in the contract manufacturing, electronics distribution and wireless communications markets.<<

Also from the NR we see that the manufacturing of electronic circuit boards is only one part of the planed development.

>>Through the manufacturing support at SCL Technologies and our share investment, we are pleased to be working with the management at Vianet to help them achieve their goals of increased market penetration in the telecommunications market. This is but one of many areas where we can assist each other in further business development.''<< I sure wish the president would have taken a few more words to elaborate on that statement!

If you take things one step further, the synergies of the two or actually three companies...Develcon, Vianet and Simmonds Capital together may enable them to become leaders in providing wireless communications...including possibly wireless internet capability. This is now being provided to some schools apparently. I link you to a post on the Bridges.com-BIT thread which gives some credence to the new opportunities that wireless communications may hold. Note the reference to Wi-Lan. (a rather long post but very interesting indeed.)

If you put this all together we have the development of a company whose complimentary strength may propel them into the communications industry which may be bigger than most of us can imagine.

In any event the first contract alone worth over $18,000,000 minimum over three years should catapult the profit picture into another level for SMM. This is the beginning of a very big story as it is starting to look. Am I ever glad to be long. It may take a few days for the market to appreciate what is happening here but it is looking to me as a very big thing!!!

FWIW

PS Would somebody tell Silly Cone Investor that internet is a word so it doesn't always come up red in the preview screen grgrgr. Don't this seem just a little too ironic to put up with! Or am I spelling it wrong! Internet! #@#%$&^*
