I agree with you in regards to this key purchase. With this deal we got many top people from Cisco and other companies. These are top notch people and will bring huge value to our ISP presence. Regarding the key personnel at the mentioned companies... you are completely wrong. We are very successful in keeping the top talent in place after an acquisition. The attrition for the acquirees is less than average for the industry in general. Cruiser
