Here is something on the subject of companies that pursue Internet posters in frivolous legal actions. It includes the names of a couple of companies which have filed such actions. In the case of RACE, it is the stock promoter John Liviakis who has filed suit, and our beloved Mr. Pink is one of the names on JL's enemies list.
