David, so does this mean I can buy more usrx tomorrow or should I put an order in for 3com. I talked to someone at my brokerage firm and he wasn't sure if I still own usrx or 3com? Also does that mean that I at least own 1.75 shares of 3com at the time of takeover or tomorrow. Sorry for all the questions, I've never had a takeover candidate before:) Thanks
