Fred, thanks for alerting others about WCAP, a $1 stock last year. It is about to report a loss of $1.50 for the quarter just ended. WCAP is a small close end fund, has 3 employees, has no analyst coverage, no venture capital, makes investments using SBA loans. WCAP is underwritten by a Pump-and-dump firm (AS Goldman) which was investigated and fined by the SEC. Goldman owns about 10% of the stocks. The sum of WCAP's holdings is about $10. The Street.com crunched their numbers and arrived at about $6 for WCAP's NAV.

Regards,

Tom
