In a way it's good we discuss this
I should have called the Patent thing it a "Post" . I am learning.
It was the last thing I saw before going to bed at midnight, and I thought I should let the SI people know (at the EDT noon).
It will be interesting to find out whether there is anything to that "Post". The VISX denial sounded carefully worded.
No doubt somebody will find out, eventually. It sounded as though there could be something to it. But I am learning, anything can be a fake here, including myself, in the eyes of others.
In the meantime, let's cool it, brother ...
I am long VISX and I don't know how to sell. And I further think it is imprudent to short in this "irrationally exuberant" market. But I guess, one's statements on a BB are meaningless ...No, as we have just seen, they are not. I just haven't figured out which statements have what meaning. I had better quit ..
