To me it's a done deal as far as the merger. I have never had worry to the slightest. It's just a great fit and nobody I've heard said they disagree with it. It just seems to take quite a while to go through while other companies seem to be splitting in weeks. I guess mergers always seem to take some time.

By the way I would suggest all to read the At Home interview in Upside, it talks about the merger and fit of the two companies. He was really bullish on Xcit and said interesting things that Xcit has that will transform how they do business. Quite an insight to how it will all work out.
