<<If those civilians were the same ones that placed Milosevi..>>
You obviously have never lived or travelled overseas. If you exposed yourself to other cultures, you would realize that people are basically the same the world over. The governments and their propaganda machines, and politicians eager for power are responsible for causing the problems.

Countries like Iran and China show their people all the terrible injustices perpetrated on our minorities (Rodney King etc). One of Amnesty International's main gripes currently is the brutal conditions in our prisons and the treatment of woman prisoners by male guards. "Civilized" countries have only women guards for women prisoners.

Clinton has no idea what he is doing. He shirked military service.
There are two sides to every story and we are only getting one.

Talking about atrocities. Who trained the Shah of Irans brutal secret police? Our CIA. Because it was in our national interest. Who boosted Iraq's military so that it would be a buffer against Iran even when we knew Saddam was using chemical weapons against them? Seems like atrocities are fine as long as they are in our national interest.

So spout your war mongering but you are standing on a very weak foundation.

Just because you live in a country, doesn't mean you support or act like it's leadership.
