Real quickly-- Point being that COMS "could" have controlled about 64% of this new alliance had it made this deal at $60--based on the fact that the $6.2 Billion price tag remained the same. Instead, USRX now commands 45% of the alliance where, under the other scenerio, only would have had 36%. Again--a deal steal robbery etc for USRX and its shareholders! Great call by the way David---that is indeed IMPRESSIVE!!! Millsy
