COMS is not the only one with a deflated price. In my opinion USRX was cheap when it traded at $105 last summer. And due to its much faster growth USRX should now trade at about $150. For a long term investor keeping USRX separate would probably have given better results then what one can expect from the new merged company. On the other hand the merger will probably give a boost to the stock of both companies. Therefore we can probably get good short term results from our investments. And the new company is probably better then the sum of its two parts. Just not quite as good as what I expected from US Robotics alone.
