guys, thanks for charges info... understand goodwill and charges and ball&chain on earnings... 60xearnings eh? ... hearing Fitel will be accretive to earnings and you confirm confused somewhat since selling for 30xsales now... ergo 50% margins ala Intel in heyday... gotta have Intel-like margins if gonna be Intel of Optic Transmission how many recent acquisitions are we talking about? two? more to come? charges are worth it... big brains there... gonna scare some from buying with no visible earnings... savvy will see thru maze and note operating earnings is growth present in businesses besides optic data transmission? ... any shedding of these businesses expected pardon me if I use wrong terminology thank you much, jim willie
