I don't think PDX will go any lower than $13. It's holding up good at $14 and may be this is new base. Not much volume traded. So most people are holding and not selling or dumping. Only the weak hands that drove down the stocks. Not much buyers either. Buyers are on the sidelines waiting for the clearing from states and law suits dismissals.

Just damn too cheap !!!
