The average daily volume is still too high for a stock with 17 million shares outstanding. Even if the entire 17 million is in the float the volume is too high. If one does not believe the short theory then the logical conclusion would be there are more shares outstanding and in the float than is being reported.

After reading the Form 10 more closely I can see why they needed a new auditor. If they did hire a new auditor I hope they adjust the Form 10 when he/she gets finished.
