Taff, at the moment my main concern is with the sloppiness in UPGD's share price. As far as the financials are concerned, your points are of course valid. I phoned the company and was assured that all the necessary filings, including the audited financials, were at present being done and in the near future ( comfortably ahead of the new deadlines) they will all be submitted. I have no reason to question the information I was given. regards etc.
