Sergio, I want to see the smallcaps run as well..Great site for in depth Russell (the source) "Determining Style Index Membership Rank each stock in the Russell 1000 and Russell 2000 by two variables: Price-to-book ratio. I/B/E/S forecast long-term growth mean. Combine variables to create a composite value score (CVS) for each stock. Rank the stocks by their CVS and apply a non-linear probability algorithm to the distribution to determine style membership weights. 70% are classified as all value or all growth. 30% are weighted proportionately to both value and growth." russell.com "Russell 2000® Index measures the performance of the 2,000 smallest companies in the Russell 3000 Index, which represents approximately 11% of the total market capitalization of the Russell 3000 Index. As of the latest reconstitution, the average market capitalization was approximately $592.0 million; the median market capitalization was approximately $500.0 million. The largest company in the index had an approximate market capitalization of $1,402.7 million." One can see, due to the market caps of EGRP,XCIT,and CMGI(all above $10bb)...and the median Russell 2k average company market cap of $500mm...things can get skewed..DD (I'll stick with my Janus Global tech fund (JAGTX)..+40% YTD fund performance..And it was up yesterday as well..That said, I also moved some funds into the Janus Enterprise fund (JAENX--midcaps +29% YTD fund performance)
