Gary, I had a rep give a DISH presentation in my home this evening. And I gotta say, I fail to see the value. After paying $1700 for the dish and $1200 for the two extra converters, I could save about $3 a month on my cable bill. The pay-off would only be about eighty and a half years. I can't just cancel the service at will and I don't get the local channels. Of course I would gain Court TV, and the Home & garden channel. Oh, and I'd even get the Catholic channel. Sorry, as much as I hate paying the local cable company every month, DISH isn't the answer. Regards, Paul
