To the best of my knowledge MXNT is not even close to Nasdaq requirements for listings. I have talked to the management about it and was told that MXNT is a development stage company and as things propel they will do everything necessary to advance.
So at this point please do not buy MXNT if you are buying just because of that rumor. Some people might be trying to pump this stock with hype but lets stay with the facts. MXNT first has to becoming reporting company and then meet criteria for Nasdaq listing to apply.
I do not think that presently MXNT has required assests and other things that Nasdaq would consider its listing.

Well, take a look at NetTaxi (NTXY) which is another OTC BB stock which is pretty much in same boat as MXNT. NTXY has not yet reported to public of their reporting status but I was told by CEO that they are working on and should happen soon. So has MXNT's VP told me about its status. If the company does well then irrespective of anything the stock price would go high just like in case of NTXY (Stock hit $30)

Again I could be wrong on MXNT's Nasdaq listing status as I have not talked about it recently to the management but am sure that it is just a baseless rumor.

I am expecting MXNT to pop up on 100Hot listings anytime soon as its hits are increasing very rapidly.

Just my views.
