AWEB can also start releasing positive news when the quiet period is over. BancBoston's involvement is a big plus ++++. I was in on EPAY, it bounced between 19 and 23 for weeks while in it's quiet period. The rest is history, I think it hit 98 within a week. ABTL is also coming out of it's quiet period next week. ABTL is sure to also get some buy recs and bring attention to the section.
