Fonr was not halted this morning. The reason it opened so high, is that it was being traded in Europe and Asia while we were asleep. Is it legal, I don't know, they get away with it because we are all dumb enough to put up with it. Never buy any company with late breaking news. MM's want you to buy the shares they are dumping in the morning. Wait until it drops then buy it, that way they have to sell to each other and panic, they are greedy gerks and are ruining the market, don't let them get away with it.
