No, actually, they have several such agreements. It's just that companies are now rolling in because they have too.... IMO, the companies that are licensing now are doing such because (1) they have products already in development and they're bargaining now while they still can, and because they saw what happened in the Cadus litigation. No, the license estate is already impressive, but the last two have been marvelous.
